Real Estate Sales Manager (1 - 4 years)

Description:
We’re looking for a sales-driven professional to generate leads, meet clients, conduct site visits, and close deals for our residential projects. If you have strong negotiation skills and a passion for real estate, this role is for you!
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For :-
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2-5 years of sales experience (Real Estate preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market, trends, prices, & competitor activity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada/Marathi.
Responsibilities:
What You Will Do :-
- Prospect Generation
Generate prospects by calling our database, responding to leads, and meeting walk-in customers. - Customer Meetings
Meet customers face-to-face to understand their requirements, provide project information, and showcase our properties. - Project Site Visits
Schedule and accompany customers on project site visits to showcase our properties and build trust. - Multiple Project Showcasing
Show multiple projects in a micro market to customers, highlighting the unique selling points of each project. - Sales Negotiation
Negotiate with customers to close sales deals, addressing their concerns and objections. - Sales Closure
Push for sales closure, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed, and the sale is finalised. - Database Management
Update our database with accurate and relevant information on prospects, customers, and sales activities. - Market Research
Conduct market research to stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
