Ready Mix Plaster
Ready-mix plaster is a premixed, ready-to-use cement-based mortar for external and internal plaster, which ensures quality consistency. Enduro Plast is a single-component water-resistant monolithic plastering/rendering mortar with a ratio of graded sand, cement, and polymers for applications in civil construction works.
Care should be taken to choose the right material for plastering. The effectiveness of plastering depends on the material, workmanship, skill level of mason and adherence to general guidelines of its usage. Workability of mix, particle size distribution of material, control to avoid early heat of hydration, raw mix design, and quality of individual raw materials are important.
Sand used in plaster should have minimum clay content and other impurities. Control over maximum particle size and grading. The shape of sand is also a factor. Pozzolana used in the material should have proper lime reactivity with control over other physical and chemical parameters. Redyplast can be applied on Clay/Brick, Concrete block, AAC Block and Panels, Fly ash block and Concrete surface.
ReadyPlast offers better coverage and faster setting characteristics compared to others. It is certified to IS 1542 standards and is manufactured using the best technology and materials.

Redyplast Plaster's graded sand composition provides better bonding, leaves lesser voids, and provides high strength to masonry materials. This makes it durable and long-lasting.

To ensure long-lasting durability and zero cracks, Redyplast Plaster comes with added polymers and negligible silt content. It sets faster than regular plaster and controls cement shrinkage.
Excellent Water Retention
Polymer additives and graded sand used in Redyplast Plaster reduce water absorption making it excellent for regions with higher than average rainfall or ground water levels.
Excellent Coverage
Redyplast Plaster provides excellent coverage due to the mineral binders present in it. They not only reduce its density but also provide increased coverage. At a recommended thickness of 12mm, Redyplast Plaster covers 18-20 sq. ft per 40 kg bag.
