Ready Mix Mort
Trexon Mix Mortar is the right choice. Simply add water to the ready-to-use formulation. It bonds quickly and cleanly while reducing time, effort, and material usage. It is recommended for the first layer of AAC block walls for surface floor levelling, as it provides a level surface to support masonry work with no on-site batching required. Made from superior Portland cement and specialised formulation, it delivers uniform compressive strength with minimal water curing at joints only. Allow it set for 24 hours.
AAC Blocks Fix
Trexon Block Fix is a high-performance, cement-based mortar for bonding AAC blocks in masonry construction. It provides stronger, faster, and more durable bonding in masonry walls. Pre-blended at the factory, the adhesive is composed of cement, polymers, and well-graded fillers and only requires the addition of water before laying AAC blocks. It is a self-curing material, so no external water curing is required.
Ready Mix Plaster
Trexon Ready Mix Plaster is a cement plaster with high-quality polymer additives, special binders, well-graded sand, and fillers. It is polymer-modified, offers improved binding and crack resistance, and replaces traditional plaster. It can be applied efficiently to brick and block masonry for both external and internal plastering work. The application procedure is similar to conventional plasters, with the added advantage of improved coverage and reduced rebound. It requires water curing two to three times per day for approximately three days.
Stucco Plaster
Trexon Stucco Plaster is a thin-layer, self-curing, cement-based plaster designed for high-performance surface finishing. Enriched with polymer additives, graded sand, and fillers, it is ideal for thin-coat application on columns, ceilings, beams, and both internal and external walls with minimal undulations. Suitable for AAC block, panel, and even concrete surfaces, it offers smooth finishes with a recommended coat thickness of 3-6 mm and requires no prior hacking, making it ideal for aluminium formwork applications.
Gypsum Plaster
Trexon Gypsum Plaster is a fine-grade, one-coat finishing material for interior walls that replaces traditional sand-cement plaster. Its pre-mixed formulation ensures consistent application, smooth finishes, and improved paint performance, while special additives enhance coverage, workability, and setting time. It does not require water curing.
